Pricing & Quotes
How much does junk removal cost in Aurora and Denver?

Junk removal is priced by how much of our truck your load fills — not by the item, the hour, or the zip code. Starting prices run from $75 for a single item up to $600+ for a full truckload. Most residential jobs fall in the $175–$450 range.

Call (720) 301-6434 and describe what you have — we can often give a solid estimate over the phone. For larger jobs we prefer to see it first; the on-site assessment is free with no obligation. See our pricing page for full load tiers.

Can you give me a price over the phone?

Yes, for many jobs. Single items, small loads, or anything you can describe clearly — we can give a reliable estimate over the phone. Call (720) 301-6434.

For larger or complex jobs — full cleanouts, estate situations, hoarding — we prefer a free on-site look before quoting. No obligation to book after.

When exactly do I find out the price?

Before a single item is loaded. The crew assesses the load on arrival, gives you a firm price, and waits for your approval before work starts. If the load is lighter than estimated, we adjust down. Nothing changes without your go-ahead.

Are there any fees beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees — ever. Labor, loading, hauling, disposal, and fuel are all included. No surcharges for stairs, long carries, or distance within our service area.

The only disclosed surcharge is for Freon-containing appliances (fridges, AC units, dehumidifiers) — always stated upfront in the quote, never added after.

Is there a minimum charge?

Yes — our minimum is $75, covering a single small item pickup. Most jobs run above this. Call (720) 301-6434 for a straight answer on your specific situation.

Do you charge more for jobs far from Aurora?

No. We serve the entire metro area — from Greeley to Boulder to Parker — with no distance surcharges. See our full service areas page.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, all major credit and debit cards, and digital payment (Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay). Payment is collected after the job is complete — not before.

What if I have more junk than expected once the crew arrives?

We reassess and give you an updated price before loading begins. You can proceed, pare down what you want taken, or schedule a return trip. Nothing changes without your approval.

📅
Booking & Scheduling
How quickly can you come out?

Same-day service is available when crew capacity allows — call (720) 301-6434 first thing in the morning for the best chance. Next-day is almost always available. We work 7 days a week including weekends.

Do I have to be home for the pickup?

For most pickups, yes — someone needs to be present to approve the quote and show the crew what's being taken. For items staged outside with a pre-agreed scope, contact-free pickup may be possible. Call to discuss.

How do I book an appointment?

Fastest way: call (720) 301-6434 — we'll confirm a day and window in a few minutes. You can also use our online booking tool for non-urgent scheduling. For same-day, always call.

What are your hours?

We operate 7 days a week. Call (720) 301-6434 — early morning calls get the widest same-day scheduling window.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Call us as early as possible at (720) 301-6434. No penalty with reasonable notice — we just ask for a few hours' heads up so we can fill the slot.

What We Take (and Don't)
What types of items do you remove?

We haul almost everything, including:

  • Furniture — sofas, beds, tables, chairs, shelving
  • Appliances — washers, dryers, ovens, dishwashers, microwaves
  • Mattresses and box springs
  • Electronics and e-waste — TVs, computers, monitors, printers
  • Refrigerators and freezers (Freon handling included)
  • Hot tubs and outdoor furniture
  • Renovation debris — drywall, lumber, flooring, tile
  • Yard waste — branches, clippings, landscape debris
  • Scrap metal and old tools
  • Construction and light demolition debris
  • Garbage and bulk waste bags

See our full services page for all 34 services.

Is there anything you won't take?

A few categories require specialist disposal outside our scope:

  • Hazardous materials — paint, solvents, pesticides, motor oil
  • Propane tanks and gas cylinders (empty small tanks — ask first)
  • Asbestos-containing materials
  • Medical waste and sharps
  • Large volumes of concrete, brick, or soil

Unsure? Call (720) 301-6434 — we'll tell you straight.

Do you take fridges and freezers?

Yes. Refrigerators and freezers require Freon handling — we take care of this properly as part of our refrigerator disposal service. Small disclosed surcharge for Freon, stated before loading. Starting around $100 per unit.

Do you take TVs and electronics?

Yes — all electronics go to an authorized recycling facility through our e-waste disposal service. TVs, computers, monitors, printers — all covered.

Do you take paint and chemicals?

No — paint, solvents, and pesticides require licensed hazardous waste disposal outside our scope. Arapahoe County and Aurora hold periodic household hazardous waste collection events. Call us and we'll point you to the right local resource.

Do you take actual garbage — bags of household trash?

Yes — bulk household garbage, tenant move-out trash, and bag overflow are covered under our trash pickup and garbage removal services.

Do I need to sort or prepare my items before you arrive?

No — you don't need to sort, bag, or stage anything. Our crew carries items from wherever they are: inside rooms, up or down stairs, from the garage, backyard, or basement. Just be present to confirm what's going.

🚛
Day of the Job
What happens when the crew arrives?

The crew does a quick walk-through, gives you a firm upfront price, and waits for your approval before work starts. Once confirmed, they carry everything out, load the truck, and sweep the cleared area. Payment is collected when the job is done.

Do I have to help carry anything?

Not at all. Our crew handles all the carrying — from wherever items are, including upper floors, tight spaces, and awkward locations. You don't lift a thing.

Will the crew be careful inside my home?

Yes. The crew is trained to protect flooring, walls, and door frames when carrying out large or heavy items. We're fully insured. If you have specific concerns — new flooring, tight stairwell — mention it when you book.

How long does a typical job take?

Single-item pickup: 20–30 minutes. Full garage or basement cleanout: 1–2 hours. Full-home or estate cleanouts: 3–6 hours or multiple days. We give you a realistic estimate when you book.

Do you sweep up after the job?

Yes — a basic sweep of the cleared area is included. We don't leave debris or loose material behind.

What if I change my mind about an item mid-job?

Just say so. If something hasn't been loaded yet, we leave it. Want to add something? We adjust the price and confirm before loading it. You're in control throughout.

Do you do hoarding cleanouts?

Yes — with a non-judgmental, patient approach. Our hoarding cleanout service works at the family's pace and stages items for review before disposal. Every job is quoted after an on-site walk-through. Call (720) 301-6434 for a confidential conversation — no pressure, no obligation.

♻️
Recycling & Donation
Do you donate usable items instead of sending everything to landfill?

Yes — usable furniture, clothing, and housewares are sorted for local donation partners as a standard part of our process. Mention it if you have specific items you'd like to ensure go to donation.

Do you recycle electronics and e-waste?

Yes — all electronics go to an authorized e-waste recycling facility. TVs, computers, monitors, phones — all processed correctly. See our e-waste disposal page.

What happens to scrap metal you collect?

Scrap metal goes to a licensed recycling facility — not the landfill. On larger loads, the recycling value may partially offset the haul cost. See our scrap metal pickup page.

Can I get a receipt for donated items for tax purposes?

We can provide a general list of items taken for donation. Formal receipts typically need to come from the receiving charity. Let us know at the time of the job that you need donation documentation and we'll make sure it goes to a partner that can provide one.
